返品条件①

​このような内容でお困りですか？対応可能です

  • ​届いた商品が違う​　(注文した商品と、届いた商品が違う)

  • 写真や説明と大きく違う　(​説明では割れ無し、とあったが割れている)

  • ​使用できない状態　(届いた商品が、修正しても使用できない)

  • ​発送中の破損があった　(開封すると破損個所があった)

  • 買う商品を間違えた　(自身の間違いで、購入を間違えた)

  • 届いた商品状態が説明と少し違う　(説明より錆が多いと思う、値引きしてほしい)

返品条件②

商品到着後14日以内の連絡

​商品到着日より14日以内に商品を確認してください。万が一返品条件①の様な内容の場合は速やかにご連絡ください。如何なる場合も、14日以後の対応は出来ません

返品条件③

​注意事項をご確認ください

  1. ​返品前に加工・修正は行わないでください

  2. 購入商品・送料以外の金銭支払いは一切致しません

  3. 工賃や手数料等の費用は一切支払いません

  4. 専用フォームから必ずご連絡ください

  5. 対応は営業日～3日以内

  6. 返品頂く際の送料は弊社が負担します

  7. お客様都合の場合は、返金時の振込手数料、往復送料はご負担ください

  8. 返品時は最低限の簡易梱包で構いません

  9. 梱包材料は商品到着時の物を再利用ください

  10. ​値引き交渉の場合は、フォーム内の相談したいにチェックを付けてください

  11. 返金は弊社に返品商品到着後、確認し返金となります(当日～営業日3日以内)

返品不可な場合

すべて中古品です。新品ではありません

  • 神経質な方、整備に関して自信のない方はご購入をお控えください

  • 中古パーツ特性上、パーツにより専門知識と技術、使用前の点検・整備・確認は必須作業です

  • 搭載・分解は専門家もしくは知識技術が備わる方のみご購入下さい

  • 素人の方でポン付けは「出来ない・しない」認識で事前点検・整備は必須作業です

  • OH含む調整作業は必須です

  • 消耗品を含むパーツは返品対象外

We will contact you regarding returns within 3 business days after the order is confirmed.

In the case of a mistake in the product purchased by the customer, only the product price will be refunded. The transfer fee for refunds will be borne by the customer. Please bear the shipping cost when returning the product. After confirming the product after it arrives, we will refund the product price (all procedures and confirmation will be done within 3 business days from the next business day after the order confirmation date)

In the case of a mistake in shipping the product by us or a product that is significantly different in terms of condition, we will refund immediately after confirming the product.
